On Thursday evening 5th December the monthly County Executive meeting was held at the Forest Arms Brechfa, where members enjoyed a Christmas dinner.
The Annual United Counties Agriculture and Hunters Society award was also presented by the chairman of the United Counties Agricultural and Hunters Society to the person who has made the outstanding contribution to agriculture in Carmarthenshire which was awarded to Mrs Joyce Owens FRAgS.
As a county, we would like to congratulate Joyce on this worthy award.
