Please note: The cost of trade stand space is calculated on the frontage and depth of the site and applicants wishing to economise on the cost of their space should keep the frontage as low as possible in relation to the depth. THE AREA RESERVED MUST ALLOW FOR GUY ROPES, STAYS, SUPPORTS AROUND THE EXHIBIT AND GRASS LAWN, IF ANY OF THESE ARE NECESSARY. Where it is absolutely essential for the applicant’s vehicle to be parked on or immediately adjacent to the stand, space for this should be booked, otherwise vehicles will have to be parked in the car park. A ramp for off loading machinery is available on the Showground.
