The Society has been granted detailed outline planning permission for the building a 100 bed Hotel on Showground land.

With its close links to the A40, the location is ideal not only for anyone visitng the Showground, but for visitors using the M4 corridor to West Wales and Ireland.

NOTICE BOARD

New Society Officials - The AGM of the Society was held at the Showground on Wednesday, 6th June. Mr Brian Thomas, Gelli Ddu, Cwmffrwd, Carmarthen was elected as the President for the next year. The President Elect for 2013 is Mr Roy Davies, Henfwlch Road, Carmarthen.
